This is a new operation, but owner Marshall Pearson purposefully built Treasure Island Outfitters company from scratch, cut his teeth hunting this part of the Missouri bootheel, and has professionally guided duck hunts for a very long time. Habitat consists of flooded rice, soybeans, moist-soil, flooded timber. Hunting areas are usually within a short drive from camp. Depending on waterfowl activity, hunts are conducted over water, from large, comfortable blinds with plenty of creature comfort to include heaters and hot coffee. Blinds accommodate maximum 6-10 hunters. Typical set-ups are extensive top-of-the-line Higdon decoys, plus spinning-winged decoys.
A new 9,000 square-feet hunting lodge can’t be beat for convenience and comfort. It’s the perfect place to unwind in comfort between all-inclusive hunts.
